1.     Definition

Survey (survey) or complete self-administered survey is a primary data collection method by providing questions to individual respondents. So it can be concluded that a survey is a method for gathering information from groups that represent a population a large number of respondents.

2.     Function

The purpose of the survey is to present data from research objects, and to interpret and analyze them systematically. The correctness of the information depends on the method used in the survey. The uses of the survey include:

1)      To obtain facts from existing phenomena.

2)      Seeking factual information from a group, area, etc.

3)      Evaluate and compare things that have been done by other people in dealing with similar matters.

4)      Conducted on a number of individuals/units either by census or by sample.

5)      The results are for planning and decision making.

3.     Expression to explain / writing

a.       Are the prices offered by our store comparable to the quality of the goods?

(answer: yes/no).

b.      Our store always provides original goods of the highest quality

(answer: agree/disagree).

c.       Our shop contact persons are quick and responsive in serving consumers' chats (answers can be on a scale of 1-10, which the larger the scale, the more interesting).

d.      An interesting reaction to the promos that our store often releases?

(answers: agree/disagree/undecided).

e.       Our shop provides honest and satisfying service

(answers: agree/disagree/do not agree).

f.        Do you agree if our shop opens a membership card program? Customers will get more benefits with this card

(answers: agree/disagree/don't know).
